Level One:
The introductory level of this “leadership discipling” series is intended for those who are familiar with serving in leadership positions in their faith. We will begin with the history of prayer counseling and learn what the lifestyle of a prayer counselor looks like. Next we will introduce strategies that Satan uses to keep people bound, exploring areas like bitterness, unforgiveness, envy & jealousy, and accusing spirits (difference between conviction and condemnation). We will learn to separate the person from their sin, and come to understand that repentance is our dear friend. There will be an assigned book each week to read. Course Application

Level Two:
In the next level we will continue with more in depth study of topics including, rejection, fear, trauma and more. This level is built on the foundation of the Level One class and requires an understanding of those lessons. More time will be spent actually practicing prayer counseling. This level also includes weekly book assignments.

Level Three:
This level is designed to prepare students to use their gifts in a practical way. There are no assigned books in this level, but we will occasionally have speakers relevant to the week’s lesson. There is much more emphasis on actually prayer counseling each week. Because of the nature of the topics in these classes and the intensity of how they relate to individuals, there is a commitment to attend each class and to keep in confidence anything discussed or prayed about each week.
