Georgette O’Brien has been passionately walking with the Lord since 1978. Since that time she has actively been involved in ministry through prayer, teaching and discipling. For 8 years Georgette served as Executive Director of Care House Life Ministries, a ministry she pioneered for unwed mothers. She has served on Advisory Boards of several organizations, and ministered under several national and international ministries, and has learned the difference between God’s way of doing things and man’s way.
Presently Georgette is a “life coach,” serving God as a speaker, minister, prayer counselor, and discipleship trainer through her Transformed Heart Ministries. Through her journey with the Lord Georgette has come face to face with her biggest enemy - Satan - and the lies he has planted in her life to attempt to keep her from reaching her destiny in Christ. It is through this journey to freedom and wholeness that Georgette has developed two 6-week courses that offer people an awareness of the strategies of the enemy to defeat their purpose in God.
The Level 1 course focuses on the life of a prayer counselor with the Holy Spirit and the three sequential ways we could be robbed of our destiny if we allow it. Ideally the group will progress to Level 2 where they will go deeper into the intentional life of a believer. Each series is six weeks long and includes assigned books and homework, but promises to be life-changing for anyone who chooses it. A Level 3 class has recently been added at the request of "graduates" who want to go deeper and experience more "hands-on" discipleship training through prayer counseling. Georgette also has a heart for parents. She has developed and fostered several “moms” groups and leads alongside her husband in several parenting classes.
She believes this generation is unlike any other generation before it in it’s call before God. Knowing that the enemy has blinded both parents and children to God, and that the enemy is robbing and stealing from and destroying families, Georgette speaks on Godly order for the family. Through this topical series parents will learn about “Godly order” for their family, how it is undermined and the freedom through scripture for declaring the promises of God over your children. Fear is the number one enemy to families and it is time to rise up and proclaim who our children are in Christ, enjoy the journey with them and leave the rest up to God.
Georgette’s mission is a three-fold governmental call (government meaning setting things in order). First is to set the government of one’s heart in order through the Word of God – Second is to set the family structure in order under God – Then to move into setting order into areas of business, government and educational institutions so they can prosper through God’s Word. In this way society on the whole will prosper and the kingdom of this world will be under the Kingship of God.
Georgette has been married for 23 years to Mike O’Brien and they are blessed with two children. When called, Mike and Georgette minister together. They are ordained under Third Day Churches in San Diego, CA.
